Alex Kennedy (Chair)
Dillon Eustace
Alex trained with Dillon Eustace, qualifying into their Banking and Capital Markets Department in 2016. He is part of an experienced and expanding team who advise on all forms of secured lending, with an emphasis on structured finance and debt capital markets. Alex also has particular experience in cross-border financings and refinancings.
Tara Roche (Vice Chair)
Arthur Cox
Tara trained with Arthur Cox, qualifying into its Litigation and Dispute Resolution group in December 2017. Tara is part of a team that specialises in large scale commercial litigation across a wide range of areas including banking, financial services, shareholder disputes and professional negligence and contractual claims. Tara also completed an advanced diploma in white collar and corporate crime in the King’s Inns in 2017 and graduated with an LLB from Trinity College Dublin in 2013.
James Reidy (Secretary)
Maples and Calder
James is a trainee solicitor with Maples, currently working in the Investment Management Group, and is due to qualify in early April 2019. He graduated from UCC in 2015 with a BCL (Law and Irish) degree. James also spent time studying at the Alexander Blewett III School of Law at the University of Montana.
Naomi Pollock (Treasurer)
Mason Hayes & Curran
Naomi trained with Mason Hayes & Curran, qualifying into the Commercial Litigation department in January 2018. Naomi is part of an experienced team acting for both domestic and international clients in all types of business disputes, with a particular focus on professional negligence actions. Naomi also advises on corporate immigration matters. She graduated from Trinity College Dublin with an LL.B in 2013, and completed her LL.M (European Economic Law) at the University of Leuven in 2015.
Killian Breen (Communications)
A&L Goodbody
Killian trained in A&L Goodbody and qualified into their Commercial Property Department in 2019. He is part of an experienced team working primarily on investment (both institutional and private equity) and on development (acting for developers and investors), with a particular emphasis on transactions requiring solutions to issues arising on structuring and financing. They also advise A&L Goodbody's extensive range of leisure and retail sector clients on 'end user' development and leasing transactions.

Rachel Rock (Communications)
Rachel is a trainee solicitor with Matheson and is due to qualify in November 2019. She is presently working in the Asset Management and Investment Funds Group. She assists a wide range of domestic and international clients on the structuring, establishment, marketing and sale of financing and investment vehicles and products in Ireland and other jurisdictions. She graduated from University College Dublin with BA International, and completed an LLM, Masters in Law at Trinity College in 2016.
Rachel Fitzsimons
McCann Fitzgerald
Rachel trained with McCann FitzGerald Solicitors and qualified into Project and Asset Finance in December 2018. Rachel is part of a team that specialises in large scale projects, involving complex financing for both domestic and international clients, and aviation finance. Rachel graduated from Trinity College Dublin in 2014 with an LL.B.(Ling.Germ) and also completed a certificate in Aviation Leasing and Finance in the Law Society of Ireland in 2016.

Shauna O'Brien
William Fry
Shauna trained with William Fry, qualifying into their Taxation Department in 2018. She is part of an experienced team of tax lawyers, accountants and consultants working with domestic and international corporations, entrepreneurs, family businesses and trusts. Shauna graduated from University College Cork with a BCL in 2013 and completed an LLM in International Economic Law at the University of Edinburgh in 2014.
Ciara Phillips
Ciara is a solicitor in the Commercial Property department in Beauchamps and is part of a team which specialises in the delivery of social housing units on both an individual basis and large scale developments. She graduated from Trinity College Dublin with an LL.B. in 2014 and is fluent in Spanish.
